1. Delivery Partner
All orders are delivered via ShipBlu, our trusted courier partner, covering governorates across Egypt.
2. Payment Methods
We offer two secure payment options:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Online Payment
Pay securely by Visa or Mastercard at checkout via our Paymob integration.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and are paid by the customer, in addition to the product price.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed over to ShipBlu within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation call or message before your order is dispatched.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Cairo, Giza, Alexandria & Delta: Next-day delivery
- Canal Cities: 2–3 business days
- Assiut: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier volume, weather conditions, or location accessibility.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via ShipBlu, allowing you to follow your delivery status.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
8. Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before shipping.
Please answer confirmation calls promptly to avoid delays or cancellation.
